A 33-year-old Las Vegas man was killed Thursday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 11 in Henderson, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred about 6:10 a.m. on northbound lanes of the highway near Horizon Drive.
Terrell Travon Brown was the sole occupant of a green Ford Explorer that veered off and overcorrected before it flipped onto a rock area, the patrol said.
Brown died at a Henderson hospital, the patrol said.
This was the 36th fatal crash on Southern Nevada highways this year, and Brown was the 44th person killed, the patrol said.
