The popular buffet at the Cosmopolitan will return later this month.
The Strip resort’s Wicked Spoon Buffet will reopen March 25 for breakfast and lunch, according to a news release.
Following the state-ordered shutdown of all casinos last spring, the Wicked Spoon reopened in June with dishes that were served by staff. It then closed again in January.
When it resumes operations, the buffet will offer pre-plated service. Customers will choose plates from various food stations, which was the eatery’s model prior to the pandemic.
Reservations won’t be mandatory but are encouraged, according to management.
Wicked Spoon will be open Thursday through Sunday with breakfast starting at 8 a.m. and lunch beginning at 11 a.m.
