Clark County’s first large-scale drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination clinic opens Tuesday at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The clinic will offer first and second vaccine doses and has the capacity to provide more than 1,000 shots a day. Another large drive-through site is set to open outside the still-shuttered Texas Station on May 11.

The Las Vegas Convention Center, which also has a large indoor clinic, is at 3150 Paradise Road. The drive-thru can be accessed by entering through the Bronze Lot off Paradise Road and Sierra Vista Drive.

The convention center drive-thru will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.

The Texas Station clinic will run seven days a week.

In addition, several pop-up clinics are offering vaccines this week at the following sites:

• Church LV, 3760 E. Sunset Road, from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday.

• Walnut Community Center, 3075 N. Walnut Road, 2 to 6 p.m . Wednesday.

• Whitney Recreation and Senior Center, 5712 E. Missouri Ave., from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday.

• The Crossing Church, 7950 W. Windmill Lane, from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday.
