Usher performs on opening night of his residency, July 15, 2022, at Dolby Live at Park MGM.

As everyone knows, Bruno Mars will be performing at Dolby Live at Park MGM for New Year’s Eve. But the singer and songwriter will be kicking up the party by hosting an exclusive party at Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio on December 31 as well. The rum-flavored fiesta is presented by Mars’ SelvaRay spirit, and the event includes a four-course dinner, live salsa music from La Verdad, a DJ set by Bruno’s buddy and partner in Silk Sonic Anderson .Paak and plenty of cocktails. Tickets start at $5,000 and can be obtained by calling 702-693-7355.

Usher has added three more dates to the 2023 run of his residency show at Dolby Live. The R&B superstar will be onstage February 24-25 and March 1, with tickets going on sale December 23. Those are now his earliest performances in the new year, and some tickets are still available for his other shows in March, April, June and July via Ticketmaster.

“America’s Got Talent Live” at Luxor has changed its name to “America’s Got Talent Presents Superstars Live,” and the action-packed variety show will launch a refreshed lineup of talent starting today, December 21. The updated cast includes holdovers such as singer Kodi Lee and unique acts Deadly Games, Light Balance and The Silhouettes, with new entertainers Celia Munoz, a singing ventriloquist; Pack Drumline, a percussion group; Mervant Vera, a rapping magician; and Aidan Bryant, an aerialist from the TV’s show 16th season who will perform in the upcoming season of “AGT: All-Stars” in January. The show continues through the end of the year before starting a new schedule on January 1, onstage Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 6 and 8:30 p.m., and Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m. Find tickets and info at luxor.com.

Alain Nu, aka “The Man Who Knows,” is back in Las Vegas for a new residency show in the Renkus Heinz Theater at Notoriety, the live performance complex at Neonopolis. The mentalist and mysterious magician last performed a nine-month engagement at the Alexis Park Resort and is now settling in downtown starting on January 19. The one-man show takes the stage Thursday through Saturday at 7 p.m., with more information and tickets available at notorietylive.com.

Also launching in January: New Orleans (NOLA) Nights at the 1923 Prohibition Bar at the Shoppes at Mandalay Place. The throwback speakeasy will host the new promotion on Friday and Saturday nights in January from 9 p.m. until midnight, featuring a live performance by Troy Romzek as well as a cast of sexy burlesque dancers.
