The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of two suspects in a botched Las Vegas home invasion that ended in a fatal shooting in March, the FBI and Metro Police said.

Metro received 911 calls on March 25 about gunshots in the 6400 block of Bright Nimbus Avenue, near Torrey Pines Drive and Robindale Road, Metro Lt. Ray Spencer said.

Officers found a woman dead from multiple gunshot wounds, Spencer said. The Clark County Coroner’s Office identified her as Natalie Manduley.

One of the suspects, Christine Schultz, was with Manduley inside her home and made a phone call to signal others to go through with a robbery, Spencer said.

Shortly after the call, three men entered Manduley’s home armed with guns and began to rob the residence, Spencer said.

While the robbery was taking place, Manduley retrieved a handgun and began shooting at one of the suspects, Spencer said. One of the suspects returned fire and struck Manduley, he said.

After the firefight, one of the suspects, Kamari Oliver, panicked and fled the home, Spencer said. Oliver got into a white Mercedes-Benz and left without the other suspects, he said.

As Oliver fled, Manduley’s boyfriend was returning home and saw the Mercedes in the driveway, Spencer said.

The boyfriend, whom police did not name, saw Oliver leaving his house and pursued the Mercedes, Spencer said.

He caught up to the Mercedes and rammed it into a wall, Spencer said. Oliver fled but was arrested by police March 28.

Oliver remains at the Clark County Detention Center on counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, burglary while in possession of a gun, first-degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and open murder, according to jail logs.

Oliver is scheduled to have an arraignment hearing Thursday in Clark County District Court, according to his case file.

Schultz and the other suspects, Michael Overton and another unidentified man, left Manduley’s house and were last seen headed north on Torrey Pines, Spencer said.

Detectives believe the suspects were seeking expensive jewelry Manduley’s boyfriend kept at the house and that the robbery was a targeted attack, Spencer said.

“From the efforts the suspects took to ransack the house, it appeared that they were definitely looking for the jewelry that was inside the house,” Spencer said.

Police are unsure who pulled the trigger in the gunfight with Manduley, Spencer said.

There is a good chance the fugitives fled Nevada, Spencer said.

Anyone with information should call 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324), said Ray Johnson, FBI assistant special agent in charge.

The FBI is offering $10,000 each for information on the whereabouts of Schultz and Overton.

Schultz is 21 years old with brown hair, about 110 pounds and has tattoos on her chest, legs and arms. Overton, 31, is about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and about 170 pounds with a scar on his right hand and several tattoos.

Both should be considered armed, according to the FBI.

“The FBI has a global reach and we are committed to bringing these two fugitives from justice back to the valley to face their punishment,” Johnson said.
