Elijah Espinoza passed for four touchdowns tonight for the Las Vegas High football team in a 44-6 victory against Mojave.

Tommy Vibabul had two touchdown receptions, while Ryan Harper and Stephan Hunt also caught scoring strikes.

Dwayne Manuwela Jack had an interception return for the Wildcats (2-0), who opened the scoring with a safety.

“It took us a little bit to get going,” coach Erick Capetillo said. “Defensively, we played a great game with three takeaways.”

Las Vegas plays Rancho next week in the “Bone Game,” which is one of the oldest rivalries in Nevada prep sports. And it hasn’t been played since 2019 because of COVID.
