New Las Vegas residencies were announced this week and ongoing superstar headlining shows extended their successful runs on the Strip. Starting with the new arrivals: the legendary hip-hop crew Wu-Tang Clan will launch a residency show at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas over Super Bowl weekend. Initial dates are set for February 9 and 10 and March 22 and 23 at the Theater at Virgin, with tickets on sale December 15 at axs.com. And if that 1990s act seems like an unlikely residency dream come true, there’s also R&B group Jodeci, from that same era, set to launch a show of its own at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay on March 15. Ten concerts from Jodeci are on the schedule running through July 13 with tickets on sale December 16 at houseofblues.com.

Now on to extensions: Bruno Mars, already slated to ring in the new year on the Strip with his long-running residency show, will be back at Dolby Live at Park MGM for five dates on February 1, 2, 5, 7 and 9. Carrie Underwood, whose “Reflection” residency continues to lead the way at Resorts World Theatre, has announced six new shows in 2024 starting on October 16. Underwood had already extended her show through August 24.

Bruce Springsteen has been rumored for a Vegas residency for years, especially since this year’s opening of Sphere, and while nothing is confirmed, the boss will be back in town for at least one night in 2024. Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band stop at T-Mobile Arena on March 22 during their world tour, and tickets for the concert go on sale today, December 14, at axs.com.
