A wanted person was taken into custody Friday morning after barricading themselves in a home in the southeast valley, according to Metro Police.
Detectives responded about 8:55 a.m. to the home in the 5000 block of Hayward Avenue in an attempt to locate a wanted person, police said.
The person barricaded themselves at the home, and SWAT officers and crisis negotiators responded to the scene, police said.
The person was taken into custody by about 11:30 a.m., police said.
No additional details were released.
