The cast of “America’s Got Talent Presents Superstars Live” celebrates its 500th performance at Luxor.

It seems as if the live version of “America’s Got Talent” has just arrived on the Strip, but the fast-paced, talent-packed variety show just reached a major milestone. Recently rechristened “America’s Got Talent Presents Superstars Live,” the Luxor Theater production celebrated 500 performances on Saturday. New cast additions including percussion group Pack Drumline, rapping magician Mervant Vera, singing ventriloquist Celia Munoz, and comedy group The Human Fountains joined recent TV series winner Aidan Bryant and original live show cast members Kodi Lee, Light Balance, Deadly Games and The Silhouettes onstage to take a photo to mark the occasion. Performances continue Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 6 and 8:30 p.m., and Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m. at Luxor, with tickets starting at $49 available at mgmresorts.com.

Reggae in the Desert returns for its 20th year at the Clark County Amphitheatre on May 6, another one-day celebration of Jamaican food, music and culture. Headlining this year’s event will be Morgan Heritage and Eek-A-Mouse, bolstered by performances by The Legendary Wailers, Romaine Virgo, Hempress Sativa, Junior Toots, Mellow Mood, Bonafide and DJ Ramma. Doors open at 11 a.m. and the event concludes at 11 p.m. Tickets start at $60 and can be found at seetickets.us.

Here are your other entertainment event announcements in Las Vegas this week: singer and songwriter Remi Wolf hits Brooklyn Bowl on April 17; Bill Burr, who’s been at the Chelsea at the Cosmopolitan lately, will play the larger Dolby Live at Park MGM on May 6; comedian Tig Notaro performs at the Theater at Virgin on June 2; Kelsea Ballerini, fresh from her appearance this week as musical guest on “Saturday Night Live,” will perform at the Theater at Virgin on June 17; Chris Tucker returns to his favorite comedy room Encore Theater at Wynn on July 14-15; rock act Falling in Reverse brings its latest tour to the Theater at Virgin on July 22; The Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes will perform at the Red Rock Ballroom at Red Rock Resort on August 11; actor and country singer Randy Houser visits the Sunset Station Amphitheater on Aug. 26; The 90s Pop Tour, featuring Sentidos Opuestos, Magneto, Kabah, Lynda, JNS, Caló, Moenia, The Sacados and Litzy, will help the city celebrate Mexican Independence Day with a concert at Zappos Theater on Sept. 17; and Pepe Aguilar’s Sin Fronteras tour lands at MGM Grand Garden Arena on Nov. 11.

The talented and durable singer and piano man Kenny Davidsen will be celebrating 10 years of musical fun this week at the Tuscany Casino. The March 10 edition of Kenny Davidsen’s Bow Tie Cabaret will be a special 10-year anniversary show at the Piazza Lounge, starting at 8 p.m. Special guests for this landmark show include some of Davidsen’s favorite friends, from Enoch Augustus Scott of “Zombie Burlesque” to Carnell “Golden Pipes” Johnson to Serpentine Fire frontman Tyriq Johnson. Las Vegas lounges haven’t been the same since this New Yorker came to town and we are happy to congratulate Davidsen on this anniversary.

Acclaimed Neil Diamond tribute artist Rob Garrett, who first moved to Las Vegas in 1974 and formed the group Rock ‘n’ Roll Heaven, opens his new residency show “Neil Diamond: The Tribute” in the Pegasus Showroom at the Alexis Park Resort on March 27. Garrett began performing as Diamond in 1995 in “Legends In Concert” in Hawaii and later in Las Vegas as well.
