Dogs can help mental health

Studies show that interacting with dogs increases serotonin, a chemical messenger to the brain that regulates mood, including happiness. There is also the chemical dopamine released that leads to an overall feeling of calm.

If the pharmacy system is still in difficulty with its Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) and medication has not been a dependable purchase, here is way that may help and also rescue a homeless dog.

Upon seeing this tail-wagging cure, a smile will click. The new addition will bring attention, thoughts, care-giving, walking, meeting more dog people, and home interaction that feelings and other thoughts are diverted from personal difficulties as another life-path is taken.
