The Clark Chargers might be one of the youngest high school football teams in town, but coach Deumaine Reeder certainly likes their potential.
MJay Tauala, in his first varsity start, passed for four touchdowns tonight in a 41-8 victory over Pinecrest to open the season.
Andres Pollard had two rushing touchdowns and a receiving score, and Shayden Kawelo, Elijah Coleman and Denim Holden also caught touchdowns.
Osaivbie Ekawele led the defense in tackles.
“We have so many young guys this year,” Reeder said. “This was a good start, a good night for (the boys).”
