A Clark County School District special education teacher was arrested Wednesday on several charges including false imprisonment, according to CCSD Police.
Rima Villaret, 59, was arrested on three counts of child abuse or neglect, three counts of battery on a vulnerable person and one count of false imprisonment, police said.
The arrest is a result of an investigation at CVT Gilbert Elementary School initiated Wednesday, police said. Villaret has been a teacher in CCSD since 2016 and has been banned from the campus.
