The New York Times Magazine lead article Sunday on “The Road to Ruin,” about how unsafe our roads are today, could have been written in two to three paragraphs, not thousands of words on many pages.
The sad reality of America today is our leaders (president, Congress, Supreme Court) are corrupt and don’t follow the rules of law and order, and neither do most Americans. The vast majority are selfish, caring only about themselves, refusing to believe road laws or any laws mean anything to them.
Be extremely careful at a red light.Americas drive through them like they don’t even exist. To them, they don’t.
