The Las Vegas Valley is sure to put on a dazzling show Thursday night, with multiple locations across the region planning their own glittering displays of fireworks.

The Sun has compiled a list of paid and free events for people to catch this year’s Fourth of July fireworks shows.

• Tonight, the Las Vegas Aviators will light up the Summerlin sky after taking on the Oklahoma City Dodgers. The game begins at 6:05 p.m. Tickets start at $26 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.

• Cowabunga Canyon Las Vegas is hosting its “Red, White and Kaboom” event nightly through Friday, with fireworks shows tonight and Thursday night. The venue will be filled with GoGo dancers, a hot dog-eating contest, mermaid appearances and more before the fireworks show begins at 8:50 p.m. Season pass holders get in free, but others can purchase tickets online.

• Back again at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway is Night of Fire. Gates open at 5 p.m. with opening ceremonies at 6:30 p.m. and races at 6:45 p.m. Fans can watch nine races, including Pro Late Models, Modifieds and Outlaw Stocks, then enjoy a fireworks show afterwards. Adult tickets cost $15 and children 12 or under are free. Purchase tickets online.

• The city of Henderson is hosting a community gathering from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday at Heritage Park off Racetrack Road. Attendees will be able to enjoy a night of live country music, family activities and food vendors before the pyrotechnics pop off. People are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and coolers to the park.

• Hosted by the Las Vegas City Council, “Blast Off in the Basin” will be “celebrating 248 years of freedom” at Buckskin Basin Park off Buckskin Avenue around 7 p.m. Thursday. There, the public can enjoy a free fireworks show and live DJ as well as food trucks. The city is requesting attendees bring umbrellas, water and sunblock to protect against the heat. An additional fireworks viewing area will be provided in Wayne Bunker Park at 7351 W. Alexander Road.

• Three Station Casinos resorts across the valley — Durango, Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock — will host their own fireworks shows Thursday for a price: for kids aged 2 to 11, it’s $10, and anyone 12 years or older will be $35. Wristbands can be purchased at the each resort’s gift shop, but registered hotel guests staying through Thursday will receive up to four complimentary wristbands upon check-in, according to the company.

Ringing in its first Fourth of July, Durango is opening its Bel-Aire Backyard at 7 p.m. for an evening of lawn games, grilled hot dogs and burgers, as well as a live DJ. Fireworks begin at 9 p.m.

In the northwest corner of the valley, catch a sparkling rooftop display from Red Rock’s Sandbar Pool at 9 p.m.

Green Valley Ranch is looking to pull in the Henderson crowd as well with its fireworks show.

• The Rio is throwing a Fourth of July fireworks viewing party at VooDoo Steak’s patio on the building’s 51st floor Thursday night. For $75 a person, guests gain access to an open bar and fireworks viewing party from 8 to 9:30 p.m., and for $100 more, they will be served a dinner at 6 p.m. Guests must be at least 21 years old to participate, and reservations can be made online.

• Down the street at the Palms, $15 will get you access to one of the most Instagrammable views of the Strip at Ghostbar for a 7 p.m. fireworks viewing party. VIP tickets, which guarantee admission and patio access for fireworks viewing, cost $30 while general admission is $15. Guests can also book lounge tables or dance floor tables for up to eight guests. Get a ticket or table online.

• The Plaza in downtown Las Vegas will begin a free fireworks show from the South Tower at 9 p.m. Main Street will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic from Carson Avenue to Ogden Avenue to accommodate for street viewing of the pyrotechnics.

• Caesars Palace is the only resort on the Strip that will host a fireworks show, and people can view it for free at 9 p.m.

• Reflection Bay at Lake Las Vegas is offering a free fireworks display at 9 p.m., with Lake Las Vegas Watersports allowing guests to rent pontoon boats, electric boats, kayaks and paddleboards ranging from $59 to $799 for a “fireworks paddle.” The rentals include glow supplies, the rental, instructions, a lifejacket, the fireworks show, a live concert on the water, raffles and a giveaway. Guests can also bring their own paddleboard or kayak for $59. You can book a watercraft rental online.
