Continuing to monitor two areas in the Atlantic

There is a high risk of tropical development in the open Atlantic Aug. 12-15. Interests in the Lesser Antilles should monitor the progression of this tropical wave.

There isan area of low pressure northeast of Bermuda that has a low chance of development from on Aug. 12 as it moves east over the open Atlantic. If anything develops in this area, there would be

no direct impacts to the United States or Bermuda.
