Slain Metro Officers and Joseph Wilcox Honored

A ceremony is held to honor fallen Metro Police Officers Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo at Metro Police Northeast Area Command on Monday, June 8, 2015. The officers were killed June 8, 2014, by two armed assailants while eating lunch. Resident Joseph Wilcox also was killed while trying to stop the assailants in a nearby Wal-Mart. Wilcox was honored with a ceremony in Walnut Park adjacent to the command.
