An 85-lb flag hangs from the U.S. 95 / 215 Beltway or Centennial Bowl" during ribbon cutting celebration, Wednesday, July 12, 2017. The flyover bridge, which cost $47 million and took almost two years to complete, connects the westbound 215 Beltway and southbound U.S. Highway 95.
