International Pizza Expo 2018

The International Pizza Expo, the world’s largest pizza show, is being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center March 19-22, 2018. The show, which launched in 1985, is expected to bring together more than 12,000 industry professionals, from owners and managers of independent and chain pizza restaurants to manufacturers and service providers. In addition to workshops and education programs, highlights include several annual competitions, including the International Pizza Challenge (bake-offs in five divisions, with Pizza Maker of the Year finals); and the World Pizza Games (skills competition in five divisions) The pizza restaurant industry generates an estimated $43 billion in annual sales, according to Expo officials.
