El Grito, Mexican Independence Day in Las Vegas

Students from Rancho High School’s Mariachi Oro de Rancho and Ballet Folklorico Sol de Rancho performed for arriving passengers at McCarran International Airport’s international terminal Friday, Sept. 13, 2019. Annually, the “Entertainment Capital of the World” invites visitors from around the world to celebrate Mexican Independence Day with a lineup of exciting events and entertainment during the holiday weekend in September. Throughout Las Vegas, revelers enjoy performances by unforgettable headliners during the 2019 El Grito festivities.
