Rally Against Assembly Bill 4
Tue, Aug 4, 2020 (7:44 p.m.)
People protest Assembly Bill 4 at the Sawyer State Building Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020. The bill, signed by governor Steve Sisolak on Monday, will expand mail-in ballot provisions but it does not do away with in-person voting locations. The bill received criticism for a provision that would allow for the delivery of ballots by non-family members. Many Republican lawmakers raised concerns this will allow potential ballot harvesting.
