Former MGM Resorts CEO Jim Murren Lists Estate for $10.5 million

Jim Murren, former Chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International and community leader, has listed his Las Vegas estate for $10.5 million. The nearly 13,000 square-foot modern estate is one of only two residences in Southern Nevada designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Marmol Radziner and also includes a Skyspace art installation by the fame light and space artist James Turrell.
