Solar and Land Conservation

Shannon Salter is opposed to the Yellow Pine solar energy project, under construction east of Pahrump, Nev. Some conservation groups are protesting solar and wind projects because of the loss of habitat for desert species, as well as cultural losses for nearby tribes.
