Rob Barsel is a local 17 year old high school student currently working with Nevada lawmakers and community leaders to pass a law aiming to improve mental health services for Nevada students. He’s worked with lawmakers to help introduce SB313, which would compel K-12 schools to incorporate a robust mental health curriculum. Monday, March 27, 2023.
