Jose Marmolejo is sentenced at the Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2022. Marmolejo pled guilty to a reckless driving charge in the death of eighth-grader Rex Patchett in front of Mannion Middle School on March 7, 2022.
