A delivery robot from Starships Technologies and Grubhub sits outside the Student Union at UNLV waiting to carry out an order. The Clark County Board of Commissioners will be deciding on Sept. 3 whether to allow these devices to travel outside of campus on county-owned sidewalks in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday, August 26, 2024.
