The place is encrusted in New York flair, framed photos (De Niro, et. al), Sopranos posters, arty bridge pics, the waitress’ pitch-perfect accent. The sauce is rambunctious, the cooks pack a ton of chewiness into their thin crust and slices come carpeted in toppings. Is this how authentic New York pizza tastes? Who cares? It tastes terrific here, and that’s what matters.
