A man was found dead early today after an acoustic gunfire locator detected shots in the central valley, according to Metro Police.
ShotSpotter sensors detected gunfire about 3:10 a.m. today at H Street and McWilliams Avenue, police said.
Patrol officers found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, police said. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
No suspect has been identified, police said.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s name.
