A body was discovered in a burning pickup truck Sunday night, according to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue officials.
The fire was reported about 7:45 p.m. in the 200 block of West Monroe Avenue, north of downtown Las Vegas, officials said.
A 911 caller said it appeared there might be a person in the truck, officials said.
Firefighters found the body in the front of the vehicle after puttingout the blaze, officials said. No information was released about the person or a cause of death.
The fire department, Metro Police and the Clark County Coroner’s Office were investigating the incident.
