Las Vegas police: Argument between neighbors leads to fatal shooting

A man was killed and a juvenile taken into custody after an argument between neighbors led to a shooting Tuesday in the east valley, according to Metro Police.

The incident was reported about 9:05 p.m. near the 4700 block of Monterey Avenue, police said.

A man suffering multiple gunshot wounds was declared dead at the scene, police said. The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release his name, police said.

The man was involved in an argument with his neighbors about entering his property without permission, police said. During the argument, a juvenile, whose age was not released, took out gun and fired at the victim, striking him multiple times, police said.
