Las Vegas man, 57, critically injured in motorcycle crash

A motorcyclist was critically injured Thursday night in a crash with a car in the southeast valley, according to Metro Police.

The wreck was reported about 9 p.m. at Pebble Road and Maryland Parkway, police said.

The motorcycle was westbound on Pebble when it collided with the car, which crossed in front of it while turning left onto Maryland, police said.

The motorcyclist, a 57-year-old Las Vegas man, was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in critical condition, police said.

The driver, a 32-year-old Las Vegas man, remained at the scene and did not show any signs of impairment, police said. He was not injured, police said.

The crash remains under investigation.
