Metro Police say they are investigating a shooting just north of downtown Las Vegas.
One person was transported to University Medical Center, police said. The person’s condition was not released.
The shooting was reported about 11:15 a.m. today near Interstate 15 and D Street, police said.
Bonanaza Road was shut down in the vicinity, and the D Street northbound freeway ramp was closed, police said.
No additional details were immediately available.
