A former student of the Las Vegas Academy for International Studies, Performing and Visual Arts is one of the select few chosen to perform for the Southwest Division of the American Choral Directors Association convention in Kansas City, Mo.
Nicole Denee Smith, currently a sophomore majoring in music education, will sing at the convention as part of the University of Kansas Concert Choir on Friday, Feb. 22.
