A 23-year-old man from Prescott, Ariz., who died after jumping off a 90-foot cliff at Lake Mead on Sunday, has been identified as Sean A. White, National Park Service sources said.
Friends of the man called the National Park Service about 3 p.m. Sunday after White jumped off a cliff on the Arizona side of Lake Mead.
A park service warden, rangers and Metro Police Search and Rescue divers along with Nevada Department of Wildlife staff recovered the man's body about 8:15 p.m. Sunday, the park service said.
This is the 15th death at Lake Mead National Recreation Area this year.
