Rosemary's Restaurant announced today it will open a second location Friday at The Rio hotel-casino.
The 6,000-square-foot restaurant, which seats about 200, serves an American cuisine with a French influence. It is located in the former Napa Restaurant in Masquerade Village.
Rio spokeswoman Madeleine Weekley said the venture is the first in a series of five new food and beverage outlets that will be opening in the near future, including Gaylord India, J.W.'s Tavern, Hamada of Japan and a new nightclub from Frey Entertainment (parent company of Coyote Ugly).
Rosemary's is owned by award-winning chefs Wendy and Michael Jordan, whose first restaurant is on West Sahara Avenue.
The restaurant will be open nightly, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
