A teen found shot to death and left in a drainage ditch in northeastern Las Vegas has been identified as 16-year-old Clemente Carlos Garcia-Benitez of Las Vegas, the Clark County coroner's office said today.
Metro Police said Garcia-Benitez's body was found in the drainage ditch near Washington Avenue and Lamb Boulevard on Monday.
Police said the teen had been shot in the head. Metro investigators said the body may have been in the wash for a few days.
