A man who was fatally struck by a car after falling into a street Saturday and has been identified as 19-year-old Christopher Harris of North Las Vegas, the Clark County coroner's office said.
The cause of death was listed as multiple injuries suffered in the vehicle collision, the coroner's office said.
Witnesses told Metro Police the man was sitting at a bus stop on the north side of Charleston Boulevard near Brush Street. He leaned forward and fell into the street about 4:45 p.m., police said.
A Chrysler 300 driven by 49-year-old Deborah Shields of Las Vegas was going west in the right lane and was unable to stop, police said.
Harris was taken to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The crash is still under investigation.
