Saturday is deadline to mail voter registrations for June primary

County officials issued an reminder today that Saturday will be the last opportunity to register to vote in the June 8 primary without appearing in person at the Election Department.

Registration applications, which must be postmarked by May 8, are available at libraries, banks and post offices.

The department will also be registering voters at four valley malls Saturday: Las Vegas Outlet Center, 7400 Las Vegas Blvd.; Boulevard Mall, 3528 S. Maryland Parkway; Galleria Mall, 1300 W. Sunset Road; and Meadows Mall, 4300 Meadows Lane. Each of the events is from 10 am to 9 pm.

After Saturday and through May 18, voter registrations must be done at the county's two Election Department offices: 965 Trade Drive, Suite A, North Las Vegas and the Clark County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway.
