The arraignment had been postponed three times at the request of Belcher's attorney, Robert Langford.
Police arrested Belcher in connection with the Dec. 6 death of Alexus Postorino and the shooting of Nicholas Brabham, 31, who was critically injured, during the home invasion in the 9700 block of Villa Lorena Drive, near Grand Canyon Drive and Tropicana Avenue in the western valley.
Belcher has been charged with burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, two counts of robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, murder with the use of a deadly weapon, attempted murder with the use of a deadly weapon, battery with the use of a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm, and third-degree larceny.
Police said Belcher had been in an ongoing feud with Postorino's father because he allegedly owed Belcher money.
