Las Vegas Weekly designer Ian Racoma was honored by the Association of Alternative Newsmedia in Boulder, Colorado, on July 13 during the organization’s annual convention.
The winners of the 2019 AAN Awards were announced from a field of over 600 entries submitted by 55 alternative publications across the U.S. and Canada.
Racoma won third place for editorial layout for the cover spread about the music festival Life Is Beautiful and received an honorable mention for his illustration Raiders: The New Gruden Era Begins.
