Vacant warehouse fire does about $25,000 in damage

A fire at an industrial building where squatters were staying did about $25,000 in damage, but nobody was injured, according to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue officials.

The fire was reported about 4:40 a.m. in the 2400 block of Industrial Road. The blaze was confined to one unit of a vacant warehouse divided into suites, officials said.

Officials reported about 6:45 a.m. that the fire was out. The cause of the fire was not determined, officials said.
