COVID-19 cases reach 126 in Clark County, including 2nd death

The Southern Nevada Health District is reporting a second coronavirus-related death of a Clark County resident. The individual was a woman in her 60s with underlying medical conditions, officials said.

Clark County has 126 confirmed cases of coronavirus as of Friday, the Health District reports. That's a 52-case increase from Thursday's total of 74. The number of positive tests will continue to increase as testing becomes available.

No additional details were released about the woman.

The first death of a Clark County resident was reported Monday, a male in his 60s who was hospitalized and had underlying medical conditions.
