Today’s presale for Adele’s upcoming concert residency at Caesars Palace has been delayed until Wednesday because of a widespread cloud server outage, Ticketmaster said.

“Due to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage impacting companies globally, all Adele Verified Fan Presales scheduled for today have been moved to tomorrow to ensure a better experience. Fans will receive an email with updated info on their new presale time,” the company announced via Twitter today.

Tickets originally were supposed to go on sale at 10 a.m. today.

Ticketmaster earlier in the day announced it would push back ticket sales by four hours but issued a second bulletin as the outage dragged on.

Amazon provides cloud computing services to individuals, universities, governments and companies, according to the Associated Press, which was also impacted by the outage.

Adele last month announced her first-ever Las Vegas residency, Weekends With Adele, at Caesars Palace, with two shows nearly every weekend from Jan. 21 through April 16.

The complete set of dates: Jan. 21-22 and 28-29; Feb. 4-5, 11-12 and 25-26; March 4-5, 11-12, 18-19 and 25-26; and April 1-2, 8-9 and 15-16.
