Firefighters put out blaze at Las Vegas area sandwich shop

The cause of a fire today at a sandwich shop in the southwest valley is under investigation, according to the Clark County Fire Department.

Nobody was injured, officials said.

The fire was reported about 1:50 p.m. at a strip mall in the 7300 block of Rainbow Boulevard, near Warm Springs Road, officials said.

There were reports of smoke in various businesses throughout the mall, officials said. It took firefighters about 20 minutes to put out the blaze, officials said.
