Two of the four Pro Bowl weapons expected to lead the Raiders' offense this season are now out for at least four weeks.

The team added tight end Darren Waller and slot receiver Hunter Renfrow to injured reserve Thursday afternoon, according to a report by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Waller had already been sidelined for the last three games with a hamstring injury after only appearing in the first two series of a Week 5 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He worked out on the field ahead of the Raiders’ last two games, losses at the Saints and Jaguars, but was ultimately ruled out shortly before kickoff.

Waller spoke to the media on Wednesday and expressed frustration at the constant setbacks, but also confidence that he would return soon. It appears that won’t be the case.

Renfrow was an even bigger surprise. He missed two games early in the season after suffering a concussion but has been on the field ever since the Chiefs' game.

He practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday but was listed on the injury report with hamstring and rib issues that were apparently more serious than initially thought.

Much of the optimism surrounding the Raiders in the offseason had to do with an offense that could have Waller, Renfrow, wide receiver Davante Adams and running back Josh Jacobs all on the field at the same time. That’s rarely happened, though, and it will be a while before it's possible to happen again.

Adams and Jacobs will lead the Raiders (2-6) into a Week 10 game against the Colts (3-5-1) at 1:05 p.m. Sunday at Allegiant Stadium.
