A man shot and wounded his girlfriend before killing himself at an apartment in North Las Vegas, police said today.
The shooting was reported about 9 a.m. today in the 2100 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard, North Las Vegas Police said.
Officers found a woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and a man with a gunshot wound, police said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and the woman was taken to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, police said.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the man’s name, police said.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
