Harry Reid International Airport saw more than 4 million travelers last month, breaking its passenger record for February, according to a Monday report from the Clark County Department of Aviation.

A total of 4,176,499 people traveled through Harry Reid in February — a nearly 25% increase from the same month in 2022, the report shows. Overall, about 8.5 million people have arrived and departed at Harry Reid so far this year, which is an almost 32% increase compared to the same time last year.

Domestic travel to and from Harry Reid was up nearly 23% compared to February last year, for a total of about 3.9 million passengers. The airport has seen nearly 8 million domestic travelers in 2023 so far — a 29% increase since the same season in 2022.

International travelers at Harry Reid totaled more than 200,000 last month, compared to about 100,000 in February 2022. The international market at Harry Reid has seen about 125% more traffic this year to date than in 2022, as the airport continues to recover from pandemic lows.

Monday's report builds on a recent trend of Harry Reid breaking passenger records, after the airport saw a high of 52.6 million people travel through it in 2022.

“Las Vegas has been a high-demand destination, especially as we entered recovery from the impacts of COVID and what that did to travel (and) to air travel,” airport spokesperson Joe Rajchel told the Las Vegas Sun earlier this month.
