For those who have been missing the Fiorentina-style prime rib, there’s good news as The Buffet at Bellagio is reopening tonight.
The buffet will be open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5-9 p.m. weekly.
This evening’s program is launching with The Italian Grill, a Wednesday specialty, with a selection of Italian specialties including Pistachio-Crusted Lamb, Rosemary Brisket and an all-you-can-drink package featuring house wine and draft beer among others.
