A suspect has been arrested in Kentucky after a woman was found stabbed last month in the southwest valley, according to Metro Police.
Medics responded about 8:40 a.m. on Jan. 25 to the 8700 block of Tom Noon Avenue, where they found a woman suffering from an apparent stab wound, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Detectives later identified 34-year-old David Perry as a suspect in the case, police said.
On Wednesday, authorities in Louisville, Ky., took Perry into custody, Metro said. He will remain in custody on a warrant on a count of open murder, pending extradition to Las Vegas, police said.
