Police: Juvenile killed in early morning crash on Las Vegas highway

A juvenile was killed in a multivehicle crash early today on U.S. 95 South just north of Russell Road, according to Nevada State Police.

The juvenile was declared dead at the scene of the crash, which was reported about 2:15 a.m. and involved one vehicle that rolled over, police said.

Two adults and two other juveniles were taken to a hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries, police said.

The southbound lanes of the highway were closed for several hours from Tropicana Avenue to Russell, police said.

More details will be released after a preliminary investigation, police said.
