Seven-card straight flush brings bonus of $1.6 million at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas

A table games player at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas won a progressive jackpot of $1,620,470 last week while playing pai gow poker, property officials said this morning.

The player, who officials say was playing for about 90 minutes, hit a seven-card straight flush with a joker to trigger the jackpot.

The man, only identified as Scott, was visiting from Omaha, Neb., and preparing to watch the NFL season opener between the Chiefs and Ravens. 

Scott was wearing a shirt with the number of Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes.
